Ideally, we would base our quotation on the following documents:
- The architect drawings (ie. Ground floor layout)
- The engineer’s specifications (how many piles, what size, what length, what load per pile is required…)
- A Bill of Quantities (drawn up by the quantity surveyor)
- The site investigation report
However, depending on how advanced your project is, you may not have all this documentation yet. Do feel free to give us a call, to get the opinion of our engineer.
